A Wisconsin native, I am very familiar with the southern half of our state. Through previous positions and travel, I have worked in other states, as well as other countries. I have seen (and discussed) various techniques and routes I've seen for various projects. From this background I can confidently evaluate the different approaches and prioritize your needs.
